. . . to the Utah Insiders Guide, a vacation guide created and maintained by a real, native Utahn.
Even though I'm a native Utahn, Utah travel is still my favorite. With so much to see and do in Utah, I can give you tips and insider information on the best photographic destinations, family-friendly and romantic hotels, most delectable known-only-to-locals restaurants and events, the most up-to-the-minute ski conditions and bargains, and much more!
Consider me your very own Utah insider to help you make the most of your vacation. Find our hidden treasures and the very best Utah tourist attractions. I can advise you on the greatest Utah adventures, when to go and where to find all the exciting activities!
Except for the well-known national parks, I can fill you in on amazing Utah tourism spots that are, as yet, uncrowded — some are still pristine and under-viewed!
My best travel experiences always happen when I am able to research cultures, events, or get recommendations from others. It's even better when the recommendations come from a local who can tell me what to see, when to go, and where to find those great places only locals know about. So explore Utah Insiders Guide at your leisure but please visit often.
I can help you plan your vacation so you can visit the places you would most enjoy. For example:

If you visit Salt Lake City, stay in a hotel downtown, visit the SLC Public Library and browse the shops there. Don't miss the best coffee in town at The Roasting Company there in Library Square. Then hop on the TRAX and head up to the University of Utah to visit the Utah Museum of Natural History or the Fine Arts Museum. Take the TRAX back downtown and tour Temple Square, after having lunch at any number of specialty restaurants.
And that's visiting just Salt Lake City. I hope to show you more of Utah - more than you can possibly see in one vacation. I'll share with you the best attractions and how you can experience some of our local culture.
Utah has some of the friendliest people on the planet. They are helpful, hardworking, people who will give you the shirt of their back if you need it. So if you ever need help while in our state, ask anyone! Or contact me and I'll find what you need.
If you're traveling to Utah with children, you will find this state to be quite kid-friendly. Traveling through any city or town, it's easy to find a park with a playground or an ice cream shop on the main street. Utah has the distinction of having more persons per household than any other state. That's because big families are common here. The birth rate is high and the death rate is low - people live longer here (must be the clean mountain air). The culture is casual and kid-oriented.
I love this state so much and nothing will make me happier than when you enjoy your visit here. I hope you find my insider tips useful - the kinds of things you discover only when you know someone locally - someone who was born and raised in this beautiful state.
I have no connections with the Utah tourism and travel industry, so all the information on this site is my opinion and my favorites. I will never recommend anything unless I'm absolutely confident it's the best. Please enjoy all the real information from a real person who lives here.
I can't wait to show you some of my favorites.
